5/30/08 9:30 AM // We forgot That little documentary we chatted about... I completely goofed and forgot to mention that there are already 2 clips on youtube that we put up awhile ago that are going to be included as full sets in our upcoming little video stint. In addition footage shot on location from CBGB's pre closing blizzard blowout, and our last show with Strung Out will all be in it... Keep salivating my dearies ohhh yeah... 05/23/08 10:43 AM // Summer Is Upon Us The strung out show was fucking ridiculous! Our buddy Cory filmed us on his bling bling camera, and we should be finishing up our documentary about the 10 years we've wasted playing music by the end of summer. Think a punk rock real life version of Spinal Tap. We might be recording a couple songs as well with the now very well endowed big Neil and his glorious recording setup. We're thinking we'll lay down 2 new ones as well as the 2 older ones we put out with Show of Hands that sounded like Matt was fartin' on a snare drum. Only 7 more months then Bush will be out of office and we'll be out of song material. Until then, seeee yuh! 05/11/08 8:07 PM // The Missing Link The last time ya heard from us, we were gearing up to play the Dragonsaur show. Andy ended up stage divin once too many during their set, and then when the bouncer pulled him down, someone swung a chair at the bouncer and ended up catchin Andy right in the noggin, causing a lovely little chaotic mess, and the show was slammed to a screeching halt. The good news is that he's alive and well, and during all this time we've been doing absolutely nothing, we somehow managed to hop on a show with Strung Out again! Thats right boys and girls, Round 2! This time it isn't at that shithole the Peppermint, its at the hot new venue Steppin' Out! Should be a blast, come out May 21st! 11/23/07 2:31 AM // Frozen Turkz for Dirk McGirk! Ok we played with strungout and it was wild and crazy that was in October so now we're gonna squeeze one more out to finish off the year with our buddies' band Dragonsaur! December 22nd @ the Jewish Mother we will be partying with Our lifetime pals Trav,Wes,Kevin,and Jared who are gonna rip your f'cking faces off with their shredder hits from all time! Santa Claus is gonna breakout his big red sac and we will be playin some special tunes and poppin' corks to celebrate the festivaus! Check 'ze shows page for details! 9/26/07 2:29AM // Anytime, Anywhere I just got back from seeing QOTSA at the Norva and as much as I hate the Norva it was one hell of a show. Needless to say theres another hell of a show coming up in exactly one week. We're gonna be opening up for the one, the only, legendary Strung Out! It should be a wild time considering it's going to be at the Peppermint. Come out and rock with us before we finally start tracking on our second release. There's going to be a new website in the works and we're all warmin' up for the approaching winter. Fire up them fires kiddies it's gonna be a cold one! 7/30/07 5:38PM // Summer Fun The thrills just keep on coming. We rocked the Harrisonburg this weekend thanks to the folks at worthless booking and some bands from up north. Aside from some kids getting stuck in an elevator and our buddy jake losing in a terrible game of skate to our bass player mike, the show was a blast. Hell, there was even a circle pit that traversed 3 separate rooms. We've got some shows coming up and theres plenty of work to be done on the new album so keep checking back.
